Indiana Fever’s Caitlin Clark won WNBA Rookie of the Year, while Minnesota Lynx star Napheesa Collier earned Defensive Player of the Year. Las Vegas’ A’ja Wilson took home MVP, and Connecticut’s DiJonai Carrington was named Most Improved Player.
Collier has been the driving force for the Lynx in the playoffs, averaging 40 points and 5.5 rebounds in the first two games against Phoenix. Meanwhile, Clark led the Fever to the playoffs in her rookie season, posting averages of 19.2 points, 8.4 assists, and 5.7 rebounds.

Indiana Fever rookie Caitlin Clark, who has experienced the highest level of racial hate from players and commentators, shared her thoughts on the racism and other hate WNBA players have endured this season.
“Nobody in our league should be facing any sort of racism, hurtful, disrespectful, hateful comments and threats. Those aren’t fans. Those are trolls,” Clark said.
