Commencing his illustrious career at The Grand, New Delhi, Vikas evolved into a seasoned Taj professional. Joining IHCL in 2008 at Ambassador, New Delhi – IHCL SeleQtions, he progressed from a Captain to a Restaurant Manager before being promoted to Food & Beverage Manager at Taj Ganges, Varanasi. His journey continued with the role of Operations Manager at the hotel. Prior to joining Pilibhit House, Vikas contributed to the success of Taj Ganges and Taj Nadesar Palace, Varanasi. Throughout his extensive career, he played a key role in hosting global-scale events such as the G20 summit and SCO summit. Additionally, he successfully led bespoke catering for national events like Pravasi Bhartiya Divas, hosting dignitaries, celebrities, and high-profile guests.

A visionary leader, Vikas has earned numerous awards and accolades throughout his career. He has a proven track record of maximizing guest satisfaction while ensuring brands remain financially robust without compromising on service quality. Vikas holds a Bachelor of Arts and a Masters in English Literature from C.C.S University, Meerut. Furthermore, he possesses a professional Diploma in Food and Beverage from Delhi Institute of Hotel Management, New Delhi.
