Solis brings over 20 years of hospitality sales expertise to his role, where he will oversee sales efforts and event planning for the hotel, further positioning the property as a premier destination for meetings, corporate events, and social gatherings in the Northbrook area.

Solis joins the Renaissance Chicago North Shore Hotel from his previous role as Director of Sales & Marketing at the Hyatt Rosemont, where he successfully led sales teams and drove business growth. Prior to that, he served as Area Director of Group Sales for The Royal Sonesta Hotels of Chicago, overseeing sales efforts for three key downtown properties.

Throughout his extensive career, Solis has held a number of prominent positions within the hospitality industry, including Director, Global Sales – Group for Wyndham Hotels and Director of Sales & Marketing at several independent and branded hotels in downtown Chicago, such as The Talbott Hotel and The Silversmith Hotel. His deep understanding of group sales and his strategic leadership will be critical in driving both corporate and social events at Renaissance Chicago North Shore Hotel.
