VINCI, a global leader in transport infrastructure, has announced a leadership restructuring, appointing new Chief Executive Officers for VINCI Airports and VINCI Autoroutes.

Nicolas Notebaert, CEO of VINCI Concessions, remains President of both divisions while strengthening management oversight.

The appointments reflect VINCI’s commitment to enhancing operational efficiency across its global portfolio, which includes motorway operations in France and over 70 airports worldwide.

Sabine Granger to Lead VINCI Autoroutes

Sabine Granger has been named CEO of VINCI Autoroutes, overseeing one of Europe’s largest motorway concession companies.

Additionally, she was appointed Managing Director of ASF (Autoroutes du Sud de la France) following a board decision on February 4, 2025.

A graduate of Skema Business School, Granger has spent her entire career within VINCI, transitioning from finance roles in Construction and Energy to operational leadership at VINCI Airports in 2012.

She later managed Quimper Airport and led multiple concession tenders for airport operations. Most recently, she supervised VINCI’s regional airport operations in France while spearheading business development initiatives.

Rémi Maumon de Longevialle to Head VINCI Airports

Rémi Maumon de Longevialle has been appointed CEO of VINCI Airports, overseeing the world’s leading private airport operator.

An engineering graduate from École Polytechnique and ENSAE Paris, with a master’s degree in public policy from Sciences-Po Paris, Maumon de Longevialle began his career at PwC before joining VINCI in 2012.

He played a key role in structured finance management within VINCI Concessions and later joined VINCI Airports as Project Manager in Development. In 2018, he was named Chief Financial Officer of VINCI Airports, where he played a crucial role in the company’s financial strategy.

Leadership Expansion at VINCI Concessions

With these appointments, both Granger and Maumon de Longevialle will join VINCI Concessions’ Management Committee, which now includes:

• Olivier Mathieu – EVP, Finance, Legal, Ethics & IT
• Belen Marcos – President of VINCI Highways

• Benoît Trochu – Chief Business Development Officer
• Anne Le Bour – Chief Communications & Innovation Officer
• Cheikh Daff – Chief Human Resources Officer

These leadership changes are expected to further solidify VINCI’s position in global transportation infrastructure.
