He has spent the last two decades perfecting his leadership skills in various capacities with Marriott International, managing luxury resorts and convention hotels on a grand scale, both in the United States and abroad. His broad knowledge of all aspects of the business has equipped him to meet the special requirements of the Marriott St. Louis Grand in a vibrant city for both tourism and business.

Lenahan also has a notable reputation with his time at the complex, as a Complex Hotel Manager at the Sheraton Kansas City Hotel at Crown Center. The hotel, which has 1,444 guest rooms and 150,000 square feet of meeting and event space, also serves as a center of commerce and tourism in Kansas City. This experience only adds to Lenahan’s long list of bona fides.
Expertise Gained from The Ritz-Carlton
Lenahan previously had served in various senior leadership capacities for The Ritz-Carlton, (a wholly owned subsidiary of Marriott International). He would then travel to some of the most prestigious estates across California, Georgia, Texas, Dubai and Jamaica, where he would bring the brand’s well-known service model to life. These global visits will continue to add to Lenahan’s knowledge of luxury hospitality and are sure to be put to good use in upgrading the offerings of the Marriott St. Louis Grand.
