Ethiopian Airlines, the leading network airline in Africa, proudly announces the launch of its new thrice-weekly passenger services to Freetown, Sierra Leone, via Ouagadougou, Burkina Faso, starting today, May 31, 2024. This new route represents a significant milestone in the airline’s extensive network expansion, enhancing connectivity across African countries and offering travelers convenient and efficient travel options.

The new Freetown services will operate three times a week using the modern and eco-friendly Boeing 787-800 aircraft. Passengers can look forward to a comfortable and enjoyable flight experience, with the B787 featuring spacious seats, personal entertainment systems, and onboard Wi-Fi.

The flight schedule for the new service is:

• ET 943: Addis Ababa (ADD) to Ouagadougou (OUA) to Freetown (FNA) operating on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays.
• ET 942: Freetown (FNA) to Ouagadougou (OUA) to Addis Ababa (ADD) operating on Wednesdays, Fridays, and Sundays.
