Fusion Group has announced the appointment of Mr. Cang Lam as Cluster Resort Manager for Maia Resort Quy Nhon and the newly opened The Ocean Resort by Fusion Quy Nhon. This promotion follows his instrumental role as Executive Assistant Manager at Maia during its pre-opening and opening phases, which began in February 2020.

A native of Ho Chi Minh City, Cang has been with Fusion Group since Maia Resort’s early stages, demonstrating exceptional leadership skills and operational expertise. His involvement in the pre-opening processes has provided him with a deep understanding of the resorts’ unique offerings, ensuring a seamless transition into his new role overseeing both properties.

Maia Resort Quy Nhon is known for its wellness-focused luxury experiences and breathtaking coastal views, while The Ocean Resort, its newly opened neighboring property, adds to Fusion Group’s diverse portfolio in Vietnam’s luxury hospitality market.

Cang’s extensive experience, which spans across Vietnam, as well as in Macau and the Maldives, has shaped him into a well-rounded hospitality professional. Starting as a Room Attendant in 2009, he quickly worked his way up the managerial ladder, gaining experience in various aspects of hotel operations. His appointment reflects Fusion Group’s commitment to nurturing local talent and recognizing the potential of individuals who excel within their organization.
