Tannous began his illustrious career at Hilton Beirut Habtoor Grand and has since held significant positions across the Middle East. His roles have included Director of Food & Beverage at Media Rotana and Towers Rotana in Dubai, as well as Executive Assistant Manager and Deputy General Manager at Amwaj Rotana at Jumeirah Beach Residence (JBR), Dubai. His most recent position was as Acting General Manager at Centro Salama in Jeddah, where he played a pivotal role in achieving strategic goals and managing pre-openings and day-to-day operations.

As the General Manager of Nova M Hotel Olaya Riyadh, Edge by Rotana, Tannous will be responsible for overseeing the pre-opening process, which includes hiring and training staff, establishing operational procedures, and setting the strategic direction of the hotel.
