Oklin, a seasoned leader in sales and marketing within the sports, entertainment, and hospitality industries, brings a wealth of experience and a proven track record of success to the role. Prior to joining Visit Anaheim, Oklin served as the Head of Sales at Travelzoo, where he played a pivotal role in driving business development and establishing significant partnerships with top travel brands and destinations.

At Travelzoo, Oklin led a team that was instrumental in creating impactful marketing campaigns aimed at increasing visitation to various destinations. By leveraging Travelzoo’s expansive global audience of travel enthusiasts, Oklin and his team were able to develop and execute compelling storytelling strategies that resonated with travelers worldwide. These campaigns focused on 360-degree custom content solutions designed to engage and inspire audiences, ultimately driving increased traffic and bookings for Travelzoo’s partners.
