The Ritz-Carlton Yacht Collection has appointed Melbourne-based cruise specialist Anastasia Kotanidis as Director of Travel Partnerships for Australia and New Zealand.

With over 25 years of experience in cruise, corporate, and retail travel—including roles at HRG, CWT, Uniworld Boutique River Cruises, Silversea, and most recently as Key Account Manager for Seabourn—Kotanidis brings a wealth of industry knowledge to her new position.

Seb Seward, Vice President and General Manager Asia Pacific, expressed enthusiasm about Kotanidis joining the team, highlighting her role in strengthening travel agency partnerships across the region.

He also noted her leadership in building the Asia Pacific team and establishing a culture aimed at future success.

In line with its expansion plans, The Ritz-Carlton Yacht Collection is set to recruit a Reservations Manager and a boutique team based in Sydney.

The company is finalizing the location of its central business district office, reflecting its commitment to the Australian and New Zealand markets.

Kotanidis will begin her role on 11 March and will participate in the upcoming Luxury Travel Collection Luxury Product Showcase in Brisbane.

Later in the month, she will meet the broader team at the company’s headquarters in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, and familiarize herself with the fleet, including the yachts Evrima and Ilma in the Caribbean.

She is also slated to experience the brand’s third yacht, Luminara, in Europe in June.
