The Connecticut Airport Authority is delighted to announce that Breeze Airways has introduced five new nonstop routes this month, including two seasonal routes that commenced today from Bradley International Airport (BDL). The new routes connect BDL with Myrtle Beach International Airport (MYR) and Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky International Airport (CVG), both of which saw their inaugural flights depart earlier today. The Myrtle Beach flights will initially run three times weekly, increasing to five times weekly in June, while the Cincinnati flights will continue on a tri-weekly schedule. Passengers embarking on these inaugural journeys to Myrtle Beach and Cincinnati were treated to goodie bags courtesy of BDL.

“This month marks three years since Breeze started flying out of Bradley International Airport, which also serves as one of the airline’s operating bases,” said Kevin A. Dillon, A.A.E., Executive Director of the Connecticut Airport Authority. “We are appreciative of Breeze’s growth and success at Bradley International Airport and thank the airline for offering our passengers a growing list of nonstop destinations at affordable fares.”

Additionally, later this month, Breeze will launch nonstop services from BDL to three more destinations:
• Greenville-Spartanburg, SC on May 24
• New Bern, NC on May 24
• Orlando, FL on May 29

Breeze has also initiated BreezeThru services from BDL, including a new route to San Diego, CA, which started on May 1, and another to Santa Ana, CA, set to begin on May 29.
