Sama 2.0, a pioneering second-generation AI digital assistant, embodies the future of top-tier customer service and hospitality within the travel sector. She offers real-time responses, helping travelers craft personalized journeys and providing insightful information on Qatar Airways’ services, destinations, and more.

For smooth interactions, attendees can converse with Sama through the QVerse, Qatar Airways’ expansive digital environment, or directly via the airline’s mobile application.

During the event, Qatar Airways will also debut its newly designed exhibition space at Hall no. 2 ME1450. This leading international travel gathering in the Middle East will feature a state-of-the-art booth including a multisensory pod that plunges visitors into the luxurious ambiance of the airline’s acclaimed Qsuite. The experience highlights the innovative and technological prowess that distinguishes Qatar Airways in the sector.

Moreover, attendees can delve into the airline’s virtual world with a Virtual Reality (VR) setup that tours the interiors of Qatar Airways’ fleet, from the celebrated Qsuite in Business Class to Economy, and offers a virtual stroll through the Hamad International Airport, named the ‘World’s Best Airport’ by Skytrax in 2024, including a look at the Al Safwa First Class Lounge and Al Mourjan Business Class Lounge.

The Qatar Airways team, alongside Sama 2.0, will be available to assist visitors and partners at the Dubai World Trade Center, Hall no. 2 ME1450, during the four-day event.
