Zero Gravity Corporation Marks World Penguin Day with 275 Plush Penguins in Space-like Conditions
Zero Gravity Corporation (Zero-G), in collaboration with FUTURE of SPACE, marked World Penguin Day on April 25 by launching 275 plush penguins into zero gravity, adding a unique twist to the celebrations. Named “Astro-Penguins,” each toy had its own boarding pass and will receive a certificate confirming its zero gravity flight. This event is part of the broader Space2Sea Voyage to Antarctica initiative, which promotes awareness and appreciation of penguin habitats. After their space-like experience, the plush penguins will be presented as gifts to passengers of the upcoming Space2Sea Antarctica Journey from December 19-29, 2024. This exclusive expedition will include insights from notable figures like William Shatner, Scott Kelly, and Neil deGrasse Tyson, making it an extraordinary adventure.
